Are residential prices hourly or a flat rate?

Initial and one time cleanings are an hourly rate of ($110-$155/hr) depending on size level of difficulty. Reoccurring services are a flat rate and determined by the size of the space and the number of rooms needing cleaned. Additional services are an hourly rate of ($100-$135/hr) depending on the service and only available to current clients.

What to expect with residential cleaning?

Our standard top-to-bottom clean is meticulously crafted to ensure your home is left sparkling and refreshed. Our comprehensive approach includes thorough dusting from high to low, surface cleaning of essential touch points, spot cleaning of high-traffic areas, as well as vacuuming and mopping. The standard clean encompasses the kitchen, dining room, living room, and one additional living space of your choice. Additionally, you have the option to include bedrooms, bathrooms, and additional living spaces at additional costs. Allow us to assist you in making your home shine!
